The cookie list is empty
Open a regular website, reload and check the extension’s site access in Chrome. Internal browser pages restrict extensions. Some sites set cookies only after an interaction.
My changes don’t stay saved
The application can overwrite a cookie in its next response. A protection rule in the extension can also restore a cookie. Check domain, path, expiration and Protected cookies in Options, then change one value and inspect the result.
An imported session does not sign me in
The server may have expired or revoked it. Cookies are only part of authentication. Sign in with your test account and use a fresh snapshot.
I selected a file, but no cookies were imported
File selection fills the import form for review. Use the green checkmark to apply it. The reviewed build accepts JSON, Netscape, name=value pairs and Perl::LWP through pasted text or a JSON/TXT file. See the import guide.
How do I change the extension theme?
In Options, choose Theme → Light, Dark or Follow system, then reopen the popup. Follow system uses your device’s color preference. See the appearance instructions.
I need help with a cookie field
Read the attribute reference or the editing walkthrough.
Make a useful bug report.
Include your Chrome version, extension version, operating system, expected behavior and steps to reproduce the issue. Use sample values and redact personal information from screenshots. Never send session cookies or credentials.
